Music While Your Guests Arrive

We suggest light classical music, allowing up to 20 minutes (or you can have any other music you wish that the registrar permits).

Arrival/ The Processional

Make an entrance with your favourite music.

Choose from our extensive repertoire or discuss the arranging of another piece of your choice.

During the Signing of the Register and Official Photographs

This usually takes about 8 minutes - time for 2 or 3 special pieces.

Your Drinks Reception

- up to 1.5 hrs

Light and jazzy music to promote conversation and the mixing of your guests.

We play wherever the guests are gathered. This may be inside, or outside on a terrace, lawn or in a marquee....

(3/4 hr) + DRINKS RECEPTION (1.5 hrs) - £745

During your Wedding Breakfast

We move through to the Wedding Breakfast Room before the guests are welcomed into it.  This means that your guests are not walking into a 'dead' space with no ambiance.We pride ourselves on providing just the right level and coverage of music so that all your guests can hear us equally with a choice of music appropriate to the setting.

We usually play up to the speeches or the cutting of the cake but we are always happy to fit in with any alternative plans you may have. If you are considering having the speeches first it may be better to have us play from the end of these up to your evening function.  We can also supply a Radio Mic and use of our existing PA for your speeches rather than buying in more equipment.

(3/4 hr) + DRINKS RECEPTION & WEDDING BREAKFAST (3 hrs) £845    

CHURCH SERVICE +  DRINKS RECEPTION 

1.5 hrs at the venue £845 

(this includes setting up at church, then driving to and resetting at your venue)

If your church can't supply one, or the resident organist can't play what you want, how you want....

Andrew trained as an organist at Hereford Cathedral and is able to play anything you want. We can, therefore, take over the entire wedding service and play combinations of organ, organ and cello, piano and cello before and during the service. Andrew would play organ only during the hymns.
