Wedding Receptions We supply all equipment and amplification to cater for intimate groups of 20 to large weddings in marquees holding up to 500 guests. We are never too loud or too quiet. The Drinks Reception Light and jazzy music to promote conversation and the mixing of your guests. We play wherever the main body of guests is. This may be inside, or outside on a terrace, lawn or in a marquee.... During your Wedding Breakfast We move through to the Wedding Breakfast Room before the guests are welcomed into it.  This means that your guests are not walking into a 'dead' space with no ambiance.We pride ourselves on providing just the right level and coverage of music so that all your guests can hear us equally with a choice of music appropriate to the setting. We usually play up to the speeches or the cutting of the cake but we are always happy to fit in with any alternative plans you may have. If you are considering having the speeches first it may be better to have us play from the end of these up to your evening function. In The Lull After The Speeches (an additional £150 per hour) This is often a time when the wedding function lacks direction and guests are unsure what to do or where to go. Often it can work well to use this time to mingle and chat with your guests while some music is played in the background. This may be the only relaxing time you have to do this as the drinks reception is largely taken up by the photographer. The Evening Function (as a stand-alone £550; as an add-on to an existing booking £450) A party with live background music which allows you and your guests to talk and mingle whilst enjoying a mixture of music. OR...If you don't want a disco and fear that a band might be too loud for your wishes we can offer an interesting alternative. By providing more "up-beat" accompaniment with backing tracks we can allow you and your gueasts to easily combine talking and dancing. The dance tracks could be played in 2 3/4 hr sets or interspersed throughout the evening very much on an "as the mood takes you" basis. See our Repertoire List under General Information for details. Church Services (if your church can't supply one, or the resident organist can't play what you want, how you want....) Andrew trained as an organist at Hereford Cathedral and is able to play anything you want. We can, therefore, take over the entire wedding service and play combinations of organ, organ and cello, piano and cello before and during the service. Andrew would play organ only during the hymns. Note: You may still have to pay the organist fee to the resident organist. FEES FOR 2008/2009 3 hours continuous music at your venue- from £550/575 Church Service + 1.5 hours at the venue £590/610 (this includes setting up at church, then driving to and resetting at your venue) Church Service + 3 hours at the venue £715/725 We do not charge VAT or travelling expenses within a 50 mile radius of Worcester. We do play for all the booked time - no breaks means more music and no lull in the atmosphere. Additional time @ £150 per hour. The 3 hour basic booking period may be extended as you wish.
